CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

**All Cancellations and Returns must be authorized by South Coast Contractors**1. For authorized returns of

products that HAVE been shipped: Warehouse RTA, Medicine Cabinets, and other Misc. Item orders will be

charged a 25% restocking fee, plus any return freight charges.

NOTE:

Any returned product, which is deemed un-sellable, would not receive credit.

Pinnacle Cabinets will not process any order or credit if the product shipped back to South Coast Contractors

is missing or incomplete from the original shipment.

2. For authorized cancellations of product that HAVE NOT been shipped:

RTA orders that are canceled 24 hours before scheduled shipment will be

subject to the restocking fees.

3. For authorized cancellations of products the HAVE BEEN shipped:

ALL orders canceled within 24 hours of shipment will be assessed a restock

fee. South Coast Contractors will NOT be responsible for any returned goods without prior authorization.

PLEASE REMEMBER: YOU SHOULD THOROUGHLY INSPECT THIS SHIPMENT

IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT! We cannot be responsible for loss or damage if you give

the carrier a clean and clear receipt. We are willing to assist you in collecting claims for loss or damage by

furnishing all pertinent information concerning the shipment.

Claims for loss or damage on any shipment MUST NOT be deducted from our invoice, nor payment of the invoice

withheld awaiting adjustment of such claims from us.
